A Curatorial Approach…

British Dance Edition 2010 is a curated programme of performances, events, presentations and debates. The range of activities you’ll experience this year has been brought together to showcase the British dance scene and provide a snapshot of an ever expanding industry. It’s truly an exciting time to be part of dance in this country and we must celebrate our achievements.

At the heart of this BDE is a selection of performances that, for me, encapsulate the artistic drive of our British dance scene, with work emanating from three different countries. As ever, there is a range of work on offer here but for the first time in BDE’s history, I would like to share with you the rationale behind the choices made.
