Mickael Marso Riviere established Company Decalage at the beginning of 2004 and the company has since performed worldwide, appearing at both venues and festivals. The company was selected for Arts Council England funding and, with additional support from DanceXchange, created its debut work, Decalage. Other works include Appel (see footage below) and Breaking Point.
An acclaimed choreographer, performer and teacher, Mickael has worked with artists ranging from the Bolshoi Ballet to Hip Hop crews. In 2008 his work was selected for The Place Prize and Sadler’s Wells international festival of Hip Hop Theatre, Breakin’ Convention.
