Fevered Sleep was founded in 1996 by David Harradine and Samantha Butler. The Company makes new work in performance, publication and visual art, for children and for adults. All its work is design-led and devised collaboratively, creating environments and encounters that allow audiences to make a discovery about themselves, or to see the world in new and unexpected ways.
The Company shows its work across the UK and internationally, through touring, and through partnerships with a wide range of venues. Based at the Young Vic in London as an Associate Company, Fevered Sleep’s work is produced by Fuel.
Fevered Sleep’s Artistic Director, David Harradine, is Research Fellow in Performance at the University of Winchester. His research project, Written with Light, explores the connections between light, photography, and landscape.
