Ravi Deepres is a British artist who has established an international reputation for his film, photographic and digital media work. He has worked extensively with contemporary dance companies, including Wayne McGregor’s Random Dance Company (UK) and Karas (Japan), British avant garde music group Zoviet France, and Saburo Teshigawara (Japan).
His photographic and film work has been exhibited in group shows across the UK and the world. Much of his gallery and installation artwork is motivated by themes of individual, group, national and patriotic identity. It has strong conceptual narratives and is created through photographic, film/video and digital mediums.
