Morning Class with Anthony Missen
Anthony Missen, Co-Artistic Director of Company Chameleon, will lead a contemporary dance technique class that begins with exercises for building core strength before introducing an improvisational element. Movement sequences focus upon body conditioning, contrast in movement quality, and floor-based movement systems.
