Loop Dance Company is a leading force in contemporary dance in England. Established by Artistic Director Nina Atkinson, the company creates and performs a stunning repertoire in a variety of traditional venues as well as site specific performance events.
Loop is busy throughout the year, responding to steady demand for commissions, performance, dance-in-education in schools and community settings. Expanding on the Company’s founding vision ‘to loop together contemporary dance performance and participation’ the company set up LoopEd, a stand-alone education programme working with a diverse participation base, from absolute beginners, people with particular needs, to performing arts students and advanced professionals.
