Introducing... new BDE staff!
We’re delighted to announce the arrival of two new members of staff here at BDE headquarters at DanceXchange.
Christopher Calvert has joined us as Festival Programme Co-ordinator, and his role within the BDE team is to be the main point of contact for all delegates. So, if you have any questions about registration, or you want to talk to someone about your visit to BDE, Christopher’s your man! He’s also managing our Trade Fair event on 5th February.
Christopher said: “Coming from a musical background, I’m looking forward to new challenges working with dance artists and companies. I’m really excited to be part of the Festivals team here at dx and can’t wait to welcome hundreds of delegates and artists from all over the world to BDE 2010!”
Kate Hawkesford is our Festival Programme Administrator. She’s responsible for all aspects of travel, accommodation, and generally making the experience of being in Birmingham delightful for all our visiting companies.
Kate said: “I’m thrilled to have been given the opportunity to work with the Festival’s team at DanceXchange, for what promises to be an exciting year of dance!”
Check out our Contacts page for a full list of the BDE team.
